- General Information: Answering questions and providing information about school policies, events, and procedures.
- Attendance Services: Managing student attendance records, including reporting absences and issuing tardy passes.
- Enrollment and Registration: Assisting with student enrollment, registration, and withdrawal processes.
- Visitor Assistance: Welcoming visitors, issuing visitor passes, and directing them to the appropriate locations.
- Communication:  Facilitating communication between parents, students, teachers, and administrators.
- Lost and Found: Managing lost and found items to help students recover their belongings.
